Refund Policy

Effective date: November 2, 2025

Scope: Applies to the 14‑Day Revenue Sprint service.

1) Performance guarantee

If no measurable sales or qualified appointments occur within 14 days of kickoff, you owe $0. If the setup fee was paid, it is refunded in full.

2) Definitions

• “Measurable sales” = paid transactions recorded in your system.
• “Qualified appointments” = booked with your target prospect via Calendly/CRM and not canceled/no‑show.

3) How to request

Email [email protected] within 30 days of the sprint end date. Include business name, dates, and outcome details.

4) Timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
